About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Alumus. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, safe, and sanitary environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform cleaning and disinfecting of all areas, including resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.
  • Assist with light maintenance duties, such as replacing light bulbs and performing minor repairs.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • CPR certification and Food Handler's card required.
  • One year of experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
