We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to support FEMA in providing medical assistance during emergencies and disaster response efforts. This is a temporary Full Time position at a FEMA outpatient health clinic near Hickory, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality healthcare services to FEMA personnel in emergency situations.
  • Evaluate patient medical needs and prioritize interventions accordingly.
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as per medical protocols.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and monitor patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and emergency response teams for effective patient care.
  • Provide education on health and safety measures during disasters.
  • Assist in setting up and managing medical facilities in disaster-affected areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
  • CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications (if required).
  • Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Unrestricted state licensure in the United States.
