Medical Communication Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. As an SLP, you will provide comprehensive evaluations and goal-oriented treatment plans to facilitate maximum communication and swallowing potential.
Responsibilities- Participate in monitoring the quality of services provided by the Rehab Therapy Department.
- Conduct peer reviews for staff performance and appraisals.
- Assist in developing the SLP role in programs and services, as well as revising departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
- Exhibit willingness to share professional knowledge and experience.
- Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association.
- Be licensed to practice in the state where employed.
- Possess at least two years of progressively responsible experience.
- Hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Select Medical offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
