About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Full Stack Engineering/Architecture to join our team at S&P Global Ratings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis, architecture, design, development, and support of enterprise data management systems. As a servant leader, you will support global agile scrum teams that operate enterprise data platforms.

You will influence the strategy and align the roadmap of our enterprise data applications, drive the execution of initiatives, and partner with other architects, engineering teams, and Product owners to achieve business and technology goals.

In this role, you will provide technical oversight on the implementation of new features and iterations of core products, adhering to industry best practices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze, design, develop, and support enterprise data management systems.
  2. Lead global agile scrum teams that operate enterprise data platforms.
  3. Influence the strategy and align the roadmap of our enterprise data applications.
  4. Drive the execution of initiatives and partner with other architects, engineering teams, and Product owners.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with 8+ years of experience.
  2. Hands-on experience contributing to data/application architecture & designs, proven software/enterprise integration design patterns, and full-stack knowledge.
  3. Deep experience with Java/J2EE, AWS, Distributed data processing framework, Python, Scala, Informatica, PL/SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Data stream processing tools, Informatica, MongoDB, Angular/ReactJS, Databricks, Cloud-native orchestration tools.
  4. Experience with Continuous integration, dev-ops, and deployment with tools like Azure DevOps ADO.
About the Salary:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $143,244 to $287,600. Final base salary will be based on individual's geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
