We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of WWK & Recruitment Associate Director. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate child-focused recruitment training to Wendy's Wonderful Kids recruiters and supervisors.
- Design and implement training sessions to ensure effective implementation of the child-focused recruitment model.
- Conduct pre- and post-assessments of learners to gauge their understanding of the model.
- Provide technical assistance to contracted agencies.
- Evaluate grant proposals for adherence to programmatic guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of child welfare systems, particularly in foster care adoption.
- Experience in grant-making and budget oversight.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
