About the Position:

  • Main Responsibilities: Facilitate and deliver training, schedule and manage logistics, conduct evaluations, and contribute to data collection and analysis
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with WWK recruiters and supervisors, participate in regular site visits, and engage with stakeholders
  • LMS Development and Grant Oversight: Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the learning management system and monitor grantee/partner agency performance

Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism: Fluent in English and Spanish required
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in child welfare, preferably foster care adoption
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in a social work-related field required, degree in social work preferred
