Program Overview: The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is committed to finding permanent homes for children in foster care. Our WWK & Training Associate Director (Bilingual) will play a vital role in promoting best practices in child-focused recruitment and supporting the growth of our programs.
About the Position:
- Main Responsibilities: Facilitate and deliver training, schedule and manage logistics, conduct evaluations, and contribute to data collection and analysis
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with WWK recruiters and supervisors, participate in regular site visits, and engage with stakeholders
- LMS Development and Grant Oversight: Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the learning management system and monitor grantee/partner agency performance
Qualifications:
- Bilingualism: Fluent in English and Spanish required
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in child welfare, preferably foster care adoption
- Education: Undergraduate degree in a social work-related field required, degree in social work preferred
- Skills: In-person and virtual training experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, multimedia training platforms, and methods
