Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals involved in bodily injury claims.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide clear, accurate information to clients regarding bodily injury claims.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.
- Document customer interactions and update records in our system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the bodily injury or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bodily injury claims, insurance, or personal injury law.
- Knowledge of insurance terminology and claims processes.
