Job Summary

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Carrboro, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations for adult to geriatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
  • Collaborate with patients and families to establish interdisciplinary team goals.
  • Utilize equipment and treatment techniques in a safe and proper manner.
  • Document services and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
  • Successful completion of the National Registry exam.
  • Current license in Occupational Therapy in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification and other required certifications.
