Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch security services to our clients, ensuring the safety and security of their facilities and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide security services to clients, including patrolling facilities, monitoring CCTV cameras, and responding to security incidents.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure seamless security operations and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of security expertise.
Requirements:
  • Properly licensed by the Texas DPS Private Security Program
  • Good communication skills - courteous and professional at all times
  • Good physical condition - able to write clear incident reports in clear professional language
  • Minimum educational level - High School or equivalent GED
  • Pre-employment screening to include criminal history, drug screening and screening interview to determine honesty, suitability and qualifications
