Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough ADA assessments and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
  • Investigate and analyze technical inquiries related to accessibility issues
  • Conduct field surveys to identify and address accessibility barriers
  • Participate in all phases of accessibility work, including design plan review, field inspections, and remediation plans
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve accessibility and reduce barriers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate accessibility solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in ADA regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience conducting ADA assessments and writing technical reports
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in accessibility drawing reviews and construction monitoring is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for site visits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
