Job Title: Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse to join their team in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Critical Care Unit setting.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
