Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding and cooperation.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
