KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Repair and enhance worn or faulty assemblies.
  • Follow approved maintenance protocols and refer to FAA-approved guidelines and technical documentation.
  • Request technical support from the Maintenance Lead when needed.
  • Perform comprehensive inspections to verify that repaired components comply with required standards.
  • Execute serviceability tests on repaired components and systems.
  • Accurately document all work package operations.
  • Submit completed work for evaluation and inspections.
  • Track time, materials, and tools utilized in maintenance tasks.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Conduct maintenance tasks on various general aviation aircraft.
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting in accordance with guidelines.
  • Complete all necessary documentation with precision.
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance personnel.
  • Interpret and adhere to work package instructions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possession of a current A&P license, high school diploma, and relevant aircraft maintenance training.
  • Ownership of required tools.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with FAA aircraft maintenance regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least two years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in the field of general aviation.
