We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate, monthly performance bonuses, and an uncapped commission structure. Our top performers typically earn an additional $1-$2 per hour in commission, with an average total annual compensation ranging from $35,000 to $44,000, depending on individual performance.
