Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and experiences to all guests and members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain personal sales performance, meeting or exceeding expectations, and drive key metrics to achieve business goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Team Leadership: Assist the General Manager in managing sales performance, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Membership Education and Sales: Educate and sell membership programs to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience in a spa or membership-based sales environment.

  • Teamwork and Adaptability: A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer systems, including retail and appointment booking software.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate, monthly performance bonuses, and an uncapped commission structure. Our top performers typically earn an additional $1-$2 per hour in commission, with an average total annual compensation ranging from $35,000 to $44,000, depending on individual performance.
