Job Description:

As a Strategic Proposal Solutions Leader at GDIT, you will play a critical role in transforming technology into opportunity for our clients. This position is fully engaged in Capture and Proposal development, creating artifacts and leading matrixed technical and management proposal teams. You will be responsible for building proposals for Federal Government/DoD customers, leveraging your broad spectrum skills to address customer mission needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide early customer engagement support to understand customer requirements and determine technical solution priorities.
  • Develop responsive, innovative solutions, including staffing and other costs, and review solutions developed by others.
  • Work with Capture Manager and Program Manager to develop solutions iteratively, including technical, management, transition, and cost/estimation.
  • Research current and emerging technologies and process methodologies and propose changes and tailoring where needed.
  • Make decisions regarding staff assignments and manage execution of a small to medium-sized team of employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field with 15+ years of IT experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Hybrid DC Metro with up to 25% travel.
