Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and research customer payment records to identify and investigate potential fraud cases.
  • Develop and implement solutions to prevent financial fraud and minimize revenue losses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to share best practices and stay ahead of evolving fraud trends.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas of risk and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests, cardholders, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in fraud prevention, revenue protection, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the airline or travel industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of credit card chargeback processes and procedures.
  • Advanced awareness of current fraud trends in the ecommerce environment.
