As a key member of our asset protection team, you will play a critical role in preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, while supporting safety and environmental program compliance in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and investigate incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports to minimize loss to the Company.
- Monitor the store's physical security, auditing Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store.
- Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence and interacting with law enforcement.
- Report any hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.
