Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
  • Process various payment types, such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
  • Answer and respond to guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Run daily reports, identify special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
  • Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks.
  • Count bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
