Position Overview:

Cloudinity Inc is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in enhancing our information system infrastructure, aligning it with future initiatives aimed at transforming data collection, sharing, and analytics.

Team Composition:

The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse team of nine professionals, including 4 Programmers, 2 Project Managers, 1 Database Administrator, 1 Network Engineer, and 1 Quality Assurance specialist. Together, we will focus on preparing our existing technology landscape for upcoming redesign efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Upgrade applications to the latest versions while addressing security vulnerabilities.
  2. Migrate applications from legacy servers to the ID domain server.
  3. Standardize and brand applications effectively.
  4. Evaluate and transition applications to cloud environments.
  5. Modernize infrastructure to meet current demands.
  6. Implement certificate-based authentication for enhanced security.
  7. Conduct VLAN1 clean-up for optimized network performance.
  8. Establish Azure infrastructure for application deployment.
  9. Facilitate the transition from VMware to cloud solutions.
  10. Migrate from Jscape to cloud-based services.
  11. Consolidate SQL servers for improved efficiency.
  12. Transition SQL servers from on-premises to Azure.
  13. Convert reports to Power BI/Tableau formats for better data visualization.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases specifically for .NET applications. You will be responsible for performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on applications transitioning to the latest .NET framework.

Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium and NUnit, is essential for success in this role.
