Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and continuously assess recruitment strategies to ensure a steady influx of qualified healthcare providers.
2. Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and professional associations to enhance recruitment efforts.
3. Collaborate with the Renaissance School of Medicine to analyze key recruitment metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
4. Oversee the entire candidate experience, ensuring a seamless process from application to onboarding.
5. Establish internal protocols for applicant screening, interviews, and compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Manage the annual recruitment budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

Qualifications:
