Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Mejorar continuamente el rendimiento del equipo a través de métricas y ciclos de retroalimentación.

Requisitos Clave:

  • Experiencia comprobada como Scrum Master o en un rol Agile similar.
  • Profundo entendimiento de las metodologías, valores y prácticas Agile.
  • Amplio conocimiento de la teoría, reglas y prácticas de Scrum.
  • Excelentes habilidades de facilitación, comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Capacidad para entrenar y guiar equipos hacia la autoorganización y la mejora continua.
  • Experiencia en resolución de conflictos, negociación y construcción de consenso.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas Agile como JIRA, Trello o software similar.
  • Certificación como Scrum Master (por ejemplo, CSM, PSM) es a menudo preferida.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con equipos interfuncionales y gestionar múltiples prioridades.
  • Actitud proactiva para resolver problemas y disposición para asumir responsabilidades.
