Parts Counter Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our team at Chapman Ford of Horsham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers in locating and purchasing parts for their vehicles
- Communicate with technicians and parts manager to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts
- Work with the parts manager to locate and procure parts not in stock
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- 1-2 years of experience in a Ford dealership or similar environment
- Knowledge of DealerBuilt software a plus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Microsoft Office skills
