About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to join our team at Rocky Mountain Prep. As a Middle School Math Teacher, you will play a critical role in shaping the academic journey of our students and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Use data-driven instruction to drive student growth and proficiency in mathematics
  • Build a positive and inclusive classroom culture that fosters a love of learning and promotes academic excellence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that support student success
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field
  • Current Colorado teaching license with elementary education endorsement
  • Minimum two years of teaching experience in a middle school setting
  • Experience with progress monitoring, data collection, and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of culturally responsive instruction and critical pedagogical frameworks
  • Demonstrated success working with students from historically marginalized communities
  • Experience with curriculum development and implementation
