Job Summary:

Aurias looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global Requirements Manager. This position requires a strong understanding of requirements management, DOORS administration, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the physical, functional, and technical requirements baselines necessary to describe desired capabilities using DOORS as an experienced administrator.
  • Managing system and component baselines in a requirements management system.
  • Defining relationships between internal and external components.
  • Communicating desired component relationships to customers, developers, engineers, subject matter experts, and users.
  • Generating system/element level functional, performance, and interface specifications to document and control achievement of desired capabilities.
  • Communicating effectively and clearly presenting technical approaches and findings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 9 years of related experience, or Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 7 years experience, or PhD and 4 years of experience.
  • Current active in-scope DoD issued Top Secret security clearance at the time of application.
  • Ability to analyze high-level needs and develop requirements management schema and attributes.
  • Experience implementing engineering plans within a project.
  • Programming skills to generate DXL scripts for Global DOORS data manipulation.
  • Experience integrating product lines, generating capability specifications, DOORS processes, and procedures.
  • Performing Global DOORS Administration for COS, HSV, and MDIOC.
  • Creating DOORS reports and resolving user problems.
  • Element Specification Coordination: conducting C2BMC internal CCB, producing monthly Detailed ES, and maintaining different formats of ES in DOORS.
  • BMD XML Specification Support: identifying how to use XML to report BMDS status and working on technical performance measures.
  • Supporting initiative to present Global DOORS requirements data via a browser-accessible interface.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.
