Job Description:As an inpatient Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty, identify clients' goals for treatment, create and carry out an individualized treatment plan that addresses specific functional needs, teach clients how to make sounds, improve their voices, and maintain fluency.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty
- Identify clients' goals for treatment
- Create and carry out an individualized treatment plan
- Teach clients how to make sounds, improve their voices, and maintain fluency
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current state licensure as an SLP
- Experience working with inpatients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$120,000 per year, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
