About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a key member of our outpatient dialysis center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • IV certification (if required by state regulations)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body
  • BONENT or CHT certification (if required by state regulation)
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred)
