Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests. You'll set the example of what it means to serve, create a positive vibe, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests
  • Set the example of what it means to serve and create a positive vibe
  • Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources
  • Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
