Job SummaryThe Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing airway management, administering nebulized medications, and managing secretions and oxygen therapy under physician orders. This role will involve working with adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients, and the therapist will plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy, communicating with the physician and healthcare team.
Requirements- 1 year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy (preferred)
- Associate's degree in respiratory therapy (required)
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification (required)
- NC Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) certification (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification (required within 1 year of hire)
This role requires working 7pm-7am shifts, with every third weekend and call requirements.
