Customer Service Specialist

This is a fully onsite position in New York. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to resolve issues and address their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in extensive problem-solving, process orders, and assist in managing customer accounts
- Provide proactive sales support by building strong relationships with customers
- Schedule service and delivery orders
- Coordinate service schedules with the operations team
- Reach out to customers to arrange additional services or propose maintenance plans
- Escalate unresolved customer complaints to appropriate departments for further investigation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of customer service experience required
- Strong time management and project management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $18,000 - $19,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
