Job Summary

Under the direction of the Health & Human Services (HHS) Office Manager, the HHS Administrative Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HHS front desk. This position is responsible for screening and directing callers and face-to-face customers to appropriate services, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Office Manager in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.

Requirements
