Southeast Alaska Roving Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Roving Personal Banker to join our team in Southeast Alaska. As a Roving Personal Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers across various branch locations within the region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to customers across multiple branch locations, ensuring seamless service delivery and building strong relationships with our customers.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new surroundings, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products and services to help customers succeed financially.
- Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
- Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships, providing appropriate options for bank products and services.
- Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
- Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
- Ability to travel 100% of the time within the district.
- Commute to the assigned location(s) for the duration of the branch assignment (reimbursement for mileage is provided).
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
- Maintains cash drawer, cash handling and balancing, and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment.
