Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Cell Staff. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates for various healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and selecting candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks
  • Assessing and evaluating candidate qualifications and experience
  • Determining wage rates and benefits for candidates within client contractual guidelines
  • Managing candidate relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Retaining successful candidates through positive interactions and communication
  • Working closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to maintain a viable candidate pipeline
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field
  • Strong research and interview skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
