Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Accountant to join our team at Tripoint Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly reports for our Firm's investment vehicles, as well as updating workpapers and spreadsheets. Additionally, the Investment Accountant will assist with the administration of our Firm's qualified retirement plans and coordinate the audits of our 401(k) and Pension Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements for our Firm's 401(k) and Pension Plans
  • Calculate capital call and distribution allocations
  • Organize Firm investment vehicle correspondence
  • Maintain agreement inventory
  • Work with assistant to ensure the maintenance and organization of electronic documents
  • Reconcile records of third-parties to internal accounting records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of related public accounting (audit or tax) experience OR 4+ years of previous accounting/finance experience in the private industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of tax and finance applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
