Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs the management team and consultants in crafting and executing a strategic business plan that prioritizes all aspects of facility operations, including task delegation and performance monitoring.
  • Conducts regular assessments to ensure quality nursing care, operational efficiency of support services, facility cleanliness, staff morale, and responsiveness to resident needs.
  • Promotes exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders through the consistent application of the organization’s service initiatives and business goals.
  • Utilizes feedback from surveys to address critical areas identified by our clientele.
  • Ensures optimal utilization of consultants and support resources while fostering a culture of interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of practice (HFA License mandatory)
  • Completion of the company’s EDIT Program and/or prior experience in an Executive Director role
  • Proven experience in performance management and effective leadership
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance
