Job Summary:

As an Associate Chiropractor at Advanced Pain Management of Virginia, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a team that is dedicated to providing the most remarkable healthcare experience in Central Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate patients on our products and services, including Regenerative Medicine, IV Therapy, Sports Medicine, Physical Rehab, and Chiropractic care.

Adjust patients and maintain detailed records of each treatment session.

Develop emotional connections with patients to understand their goals and desired outcomes.

Review x-rays with other providers and make recommendations in daily team meetings.

Monitor patients for improvements and setbacks, modifying services to help clients meet or exceed expectations.

Effectively educate patients about the need for and progress through the care plan.

Recognize and acknowledge patients' improvements and goal achievements.

Engage in effective communication with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless production flow.
