As a Speech Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from infants to geriatric individuals, and provide personalized care to help them achieve their goals.

Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join us in this mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and training to patients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.

Requirements:

  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
  • Strong assessment and communication skills.
