Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ER Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health. As an ER Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating, implementing, and planning nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As an ER Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments to identify and address patient needs
- Planning and implementing individualized patient care to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Providing patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition to home or further care
- Administering medications and treatments safely to prevent adverse reactions and promote healing
- Documenting patient care accurately and timely to maintain accurate medical records
- Maintaining a healing and therapeutic environment for patients and their families
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the State of Tennessee
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
