Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Portland, Oregon. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets, and providing technical leadership on mechanical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and manage budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical leadership on mechanical engineering projects, including design and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continued growth and development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on leadership and project management
  • Active PE license and experience with project management software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM)
