Join Uline's Logistics Team

Are you passionate about navigating supply chain challenges and unlocking logistics efficiencies? Uline's Logistics team is dedicated to delivering orders to our customers in one day. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing, auditing, and approving domestic parcel, less than truckload (LTL), truckload, and import invoices. You will also build relationships with carriers to streamline services and resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve invoices for domestic parcel, LTL, truckload, and import shipments.
  • Compare transportation carrier invoices against Uline order information, carrier contracts, and shipment documents.
  • Build relationships with carriers to resolve issues and streamline services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely payment to transportation carriers.
  • Run analysis for special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Invoice audit and pay experience and LTL pricing knowledge preferred.
