About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Chilton, WI. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for showcasing our products and providing excellent customer service in various retail stores.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for merchandising our products, maintaining inventory levels, and providing support to local store teams. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the week, with estimated hours ranging from 11-15 per week.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and promotions.
  2. Restock, organize, and monitor inventory levels of our products within and outside the Hallmark department.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with store employees, management, and customers.
  4. Participate in holiday support activities, including extended hours and additional days leading up to and following major holidays.
  5. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, and understand English.
  • You should have the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to operate hand-held technology provided to open and read documents and interpret information.
  • You should have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
  • You must have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
Estimated Salary Range

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on shift and location.
