Merchandising Specialist

About the Role

The Merchandising Specialist will work with Hallmark US Springboard to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels within assigned retail stores. This part-time position involves working independently to showcase organizational skills, ability to establish relationships with retailers, and serving as a representative of Hallmark. Key responsibilities include performing service work in retail stores, maintaining product displays, and collaborating with local store teams to achieve business objectives.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated starting salary for this position is between $14.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on shift and location. Job Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You should be able to read, write, and understand English.
• You should have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• You should be able to operate hand-held technology provided to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You should have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You should have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.

Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will be working on the selling floor as well as in back stockrooms. The role may involve standing, walking, and climbing stairs or step ladders throughout your workday.
