Central Maine Healthcare is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Primary Care Division in Auburn, Maine. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, manage acute and chronic diseases, and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices through ongoing education and training
- 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current licensure and certification in Maine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
