As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Schedule appointments with potential customers and conduct needs assessments
  • Identify and recommend insurance products and services that meet customer needs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure expertise in insurance products and services

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty and L/H licenses required
  • Insurance experience preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
