- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments to equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Inventory Management: Accurately manage inventory levels, track product movement, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve production goals, participate in safety meetings, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new team members as needed, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the supervisor, and adhere to company values and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in food manufacturing and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with others.
