Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Medical Director to join our team at Valor Healthcare, Inc. in San Antonio, Texas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organizational goals.
- 4+ years of clinical medical practice with healthcare management experience; government healthcare environment preferred.
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree and Board certification in family practice or internal medicine.
- Credentials and good standing through the Veterans Health Administration (VA).
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment or any U.S. state or territory, depending on VA contractual requirements.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $185,000-$240,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K and company match, CME reimbursement and time off, and more.
