About the Role

BrightStar Care of Central Western Riverside County is seeking a highly skilled and organized Home Care Scheduler and Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling home care clients and staff, managing client care standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule home care clients and staff, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage client care standards, including tracking client feedback and quality care metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the HR/Onboarding process for field staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
  • Answer office phones, including on-call coverage, and provide support to clients and staff as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in scheduling and/or customer service management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified in CPR and valid driver's license.
  • Proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active CNA or MA license.
