Position Overview

Role Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated Quality Engineer to become a vital part of our innovative team within the Engineering field.

The successful applicant will be tasked with ensuring that quality benchmarks are achieved and sustained, crafting quality assurance frameworks, and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.

This position demands an individual with a robust foundation in PFMEA, control plans, IATF, 8D, and quality management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to quality assurance, an acute attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute quality assurance frameworks to guarantee product uniformity and effectiveness.
  • Perform PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) to uncover potential risks and establish suitable control measures.
  • Draft and oversee control plans to maintain product quality and uniformity.
  • Ensure adherence to IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards and protocols.
  • Utilize 8D problem-solving techniques to tackle and resolve quality challenges.
  • Conduct routine audits and evaluations to confirm compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality initiatives and enhancements.
  • Examine quality data and metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
  • Offer technical support and training to team members regarding quality assurance issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the quality engineering domain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering capacity within the Engineering sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with PFMEA, control plans, IATF, 8D, and quality management.
  • Strong grasp of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in quality management software and tools.
  • Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
