Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales and gross profit within a defined territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to drive mutual value.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales approaches and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Utilize sales force automation tools to track customer interactions, sales performance, and territory management.
Requirements
  • 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the heavy-duty equipment distribution industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated mechanical inclination and interest in the heavy-duty industry.
  • Experience with CRM and sales force automation tools is a plus.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency with ability to conduct basic database tasks in Excel.
  • Valid drivers' license with a clean driving record.
