About the RoleAs a Pediatric Home Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Current LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
