Cherokee Analytics is in search of adept professionals to fulfill the role of Counterintelligence Specialists in support of our governmental client. The Counterintelligence Specialist delivers comprehensive analytic support across various intelligence operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic needs.

Responsibilities of the Senior Counterintelligence Specialist:
  • Generates coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products regarding foreign intelligence entities' capabilities, intentions, and opportunities that may pose threats to U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, and interests globally. This analysis includes regional and functional CI topics, threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP), DoD supply chains, emerging technologies, and foreign intelligence technical equipment.
  • Offers analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and law enforcement agencies for DIA's CI programs and mission activities.
  • Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance - must be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph.
  • Preferred minimum of twelve (12) years of experience related to the Counterintelligence Specialist role, with a portion of this experience within the last two (2) years.
  • Preferred possession of a Master's Degree in a field related to the Counterintelligence Specialist position.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the activities required to fulfill mission objectives as a Counterintelligence Specialist.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex, incomplete, or technically advanced information.
  • Ability to structure analysis based on reporting trends and diverse analytic perspectives from various analysts and intelligence disciplines.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other IC members on information sharing and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to produce concise, insightful, and comprehensive intelligence products.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
